Renault Trucks mobilises all its resources to assist its customers, wherever they might be, whatever day or time they call.
With its network of 1,500 service points and over 1,000 assistance vehicles, Renault Trucks offers a swift and efficient breakdown repair service.
A single number puts drivers and operators in touch with one of the three Renault Trucks assistance platforms in Europe. These platforms are staffed by a team of 50 advisers who answer calls in 15 languages (German, Spanish, French, English, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and Russian).
