The star of the Renault Trucks Construction range has been elected "Truck of the Year" in Russia, in the over 33 t category. This award was presented during the 5th International Motor Transport Forum (MAF). The jury was made up of transport experts representing hauliers, public authorities and also motor trade journalists. It is the second time in a row that the Renault Kerax has received this distinction. With its outstanding payload capacity, an approach angle of over 20° and matchless pulling power, the Kerax has a great deal going for it, particularly in a country well-known for the harshness of its climate and the demanding conditions on its construction sites.
During the "Truck of the Year" award presentation to the Renault Kerax, the jury of the 5th International Motor Transport Forum highlighted its remarkable load capacity, unequalled pulling power and its 366 mm ground clearance. Furthermore, its approach angle of more than 20°, much higher than the market average, is greatly appreciated, particularly for mining applications. The Kerax is a construction site vehicle that is both powerful and comfortable, two qualities that are absolutely essential for operating in Russia.
Over 10,000 professionals from the Russian and foreign haulage industry attended the 5th International Motor Transport Forum which took place at the end of October in Moscow. The jury was made up of experts including members of the Forum's organising committee, representatives from public authorities and higher education, hauliers and motor trade journalists.
Once again, Renault Kerax has proved itself to be the ideal partner for professionals in the fields of construction and mining, offering them a unique competitive edge.
