For the second Truck Racing meeting of the season, the Renault Trucks-MKR Technology team won two races in two days on the Navarra track. On the Saturday, it was Adam Lacko who brought home the first victory of 2013 in the second race, emulated on the Sunday by Markus Bösiger. This second meeting of the season drew a crowd of over 35,000.
For Renault Trucks-MKR Technology, this weekend marked the "real" start of the 2013 European Truck Racing Championship season. For on the Navarra track in Spain, the team's two drivers both clocked up their first victories. Adam Lacko set the scene by winning race N° 2 on the Saturday. The next day, his teammate Markus Bösiger was first over the line in race N° 4, rounding up the meeting triumphantly. Throughout the entire weekend, vehicle reliability was exemplary and the team is full of optimism for the upcoming event at Nogaro.
Renault Trucks therefore has an appointment with all its fans and customers on 15 and 16 June at Nogaro for the third meeting in this year's Truck Racing season, only a few days after the presentation of its brand-new range, which will take place on 11 June, in Lyon.
