To maintain a consistently high level of excellence for our service, Renault Trucks International Training and Renault Trucks Training France manage the initial and ongoing instruction of 5,000 specialised technicians.
Our customers benefit from an extensive choice of servicing contracts (Start & Drive), technical risk coverage (Expandys), as well as service packages and preventive checks enabling them to get advance warning of breakdown risks and reduce their maintenance costs.

Diagnosis without prior appointment , in less than 60 min
24/7 intervention, in under 60 min throughout France and in less than 120 min in Europe, 1 single contact person speaking the customer’s chosen language from the first call until all repairs have been completed.
Target: 80% of all interventions completed in under 4 hours.
If repairs last longer than 8 hours, a replacement tractor is made available to the customer.
