Renault Trucks assistance becomes "Renault Trucks 24/7"

Renault Trucks' non-stop assistance service is a powerful symbol of the way the manufacturer is always ready to help its customers. The name of this service is now changing, to become Renault Trucks 24/7, clearly indicating its round-the-clock, seven-days-a-week availability.

Renault Trucks 24/24, the manufacturer's assistance service, is being renamed Renault Trucks 24/7 to focus on the fact that this service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Renault Trucks mobilises all its resources to assist its customers, wherever they might be, whatever day or time they call.

With its network of 1,500 service points and over 1,000 assistance vehicles, Renault Trucks offers a swift and efficient breakdown repair service.

A single number puts drivers and operators in touch with one of the three Renault Trucks assistance platforms in Europe. These platforms are staffed by a team of 50 advisers who answer calls in 15 languages (German, Spanish, French, English, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and Russian).

After carrying out a diagnosis by telephone, a technician travels to the scene of the incident, examines the problem and carries out the necessary repairs on site when it is possible, that is in 90 % of the cases. If any specific spare parts are required, the network can activate the ActivParts service which is also available round-the-clock and can make express deliveries of spare parts to all countries in the European Union.
