Renault Trucks continues its expansion in the Middle East with the opening of a new dealership in Oman
In the currently difficult economic climate, Renault Trucks is continuing its search for new markets and new customers. It has just opened a new dealership in the Middle East in the Sultanate of Oman, not far from the Persian Gulf.
With the aim of pursuing its growth and finding new customers, Renault Trucks is expanding its Middle Eastern operations in the sultanate of Oman, located to the south of the United Arab Emirates and east of Saudi Arabia.
Via its official importer, IHE (International Heavy Equipment), the French manufacturer has just opened a new dealership in Sohar. This is the country’s third biggest town and the cornerstone of Oman’s industrial growth which followed the opening of the country’s principal oil refinery in 2007 and the development of one of the world’s largest port facilities - involving an investment of [US] 12 billion.
Renault Trucks will therefore be present at the very heart of the new industrial zone with huge growth potential, and in close touch with its customers. The new dealership will be the first entirely dedicated to heavy goods vehicles in this part of the country.
