The Polish haulage firm Dartom has just received its 300th Premium Long Distance. Fitted with a 460 hp Euro V DXi 11 engine complying with the EEV standard, this vehicle was chosen by Dartom, a long established Renault Trucks partner in Poland, for its efficiency and the quality of its associated services.
In May, the Polish haulier Dartom added the 300th Renault Trucks vehicle to its fleet. It was a Premium Long Distance 460 fitted with a Euro V DXi11 EEV engine and an Optidriver+ robotised gearbox. Its high roof sleeper cab offers drivers a wide range of equipment including heating and air conditioning, refrigerator, front seats with air suspension and two bunks. After the delivery, which took place together with a number of other Renault Trucks vehicles, the drivers were given a detailed presentation of their new acquisitions' features by the brand's specialists.
As he presented the keys to the 300th Premium Long Distance, Philippe Gorjux, Renault Trucks VP for Central and Eastern Europe stressed his, "Great pleasure in working with customers like Dartom." He went on to say that, "This company has a rich history and Renault Trucks is very proud to be a part of it. Dartom appreciate our trucks' reliability and low consumption. Renault Trucks vehicles have featured in the Dartom fleet since it was created in 1990, at which time its founders acquired their first used vehicles produced by the brand. In 1996, when Dartom obtained its international goods transport licence, the haulage firm decided to acquire its first new vehicles, which were Premium Long Distance models. Dartom, which mainly ships to Hungary and the Czech Republic, now also serves all of Western and Eastern Europe, as far as France and Romania.
