A new commitment with responsibility

A long-standing supporter of the OL first team and women's team, Renault Trucks has decided to go one step further for the next two years by supporting the OL Foundation. This sponsorship is based on the shared common values between the brand and the foundation: respect and solidarity.
Established six years ago, the main aim of the foundation is to support projects and campaigns of general interest linked to involvement through sport, education and help for the sick.

From the range of campaigns led by the OL Foundation for the 2013/2014 season, Renault Trucks has decided to lend specific support to the challenge "Goals Against Cancer" and the event "A meal for the homeless".

The principle of the challenge is to donate to the Léon Bérard centre - a leading cancer organisation - €1000 per goal scored by the OL first team in League 1. Renault Trucks has decided to double the amount donated last year, to raise the impact of this challenge in the fight against cancer. Renault Trucks will pay the centre the total amount at the end of the season.

Every year, the OL Foundation also organises a "Meal for the homeless" with the help of associations fighting poverty in Lyons. 450 needy people will be able to attend a match and enjoy a hot meal. The aim is to share a moment of conviviality and solidarity. Renault Trucks employees are lending their full support to this action by organising the meal.
