the design of the Renault Trucks’ range gives a specific character to each of its models. It is a much-envied look, which has made Renault Trucks successful. One example of this success is the Renault Magnum, voted “Truck of the Year” when launched – recognised today as the reference for long-haul transport.

Creating trucks of the future is a complex challenge which requires close collaboration between design, engineering and product. From initial sketches, hundreds of configurations dreamt up by Renault Trucks’ designers go through a selection procedure which identifies the possible avenues that will bring us to new concepts. This is not only about designing futuristic lines, but carefully defining the interior and exterior, details for all elements, whilst integrating technical architecture and innovations which will bring added value to the future model.

As a strong vector of image, design is an essential part of the identity of every Renault Trucks vehicle. As an explicit reference to the business for which each truck is designed, this style also constitutes a distinctive attribute of hauliers’ image.
